This 6-hour training will certify you in Usui Reiki at the First Degree (Level I). You'll learn the history and lineage of the Usui Reiki tradition from both western and eastern perspectives, the Reiki principles, and the human energy system with an overview of the aura and seven chakras. You'll receive an attunement to Reiki energy at the First Degree, learn the hand positions for working on yourself and others, and have hands-on practice sessions. We'll discuss signs and symptoms of Reiki treatment, how you can use Reiki in your life, and what you can expect to integrate over the 21-day period following your Level I attunement to Reiki energy.
